Web UI reference

Find the screen you are looking at, then follow its reference or the task you want to perform. Administration screens are included in this directory; their configuration instructions belong to Administer.

Availability: Screens and actions depend on your role, team permissions, enabled features and modules. A control being visible does not establish permission to save or publish. Check the linked task's availability note before making a change.

The sidebar selects the main area; the header keeps your team context and account controls available while you work. Expand or collapse the sidebar with its toggle. On a narrow screen, open it before selecting a destination; selecting an item closes the expanded navigation.

Sidebar itemDestination and purpose
Dashboard/dashboard: reporting and application metrics.
Apps/apps: find or create an application, then open its Overview or Flow Designer.
Conversations/conversations: review permitted conversation records. This item is shown for users with log-view access, including global read access or the current team's eligible MEMBER/ADMIN role; an ordinary team VIEWER does not get it.
Settings/settings: team and account-related configuration areas, each with its own permissions.

A missing item can reflect your role or selected team. A visible navigation link does not authorize every action on its destination. Follow Access and teams before requesting broader permissions.

Header controls

  • Team selector: establishes the team context used by the interface. A permitted global reader can also have an all-teams option. Wait for the team switch to finish and verify the selected team before editing; a failed update restores the previous selection. See team selection.
  • Search: finds application navigation results; its keyboard and optional assistant behavior are described below.
  • Documentation/help: opens documentation in a separate tab and includes the application version in the link. Verify the documentation's selected version; the link itself is not proof that every page matches the running release.
  • Administration: opens /admin-settings when the user's administration or global-read permissions expose the control. Global read access can show administration without granting edit rights.
  • Notifications: opens /settings/notifications; its badge summarizes unread entries. Use notification guidance for scope and shared read-state effects.
  • Avatar: opens User Settings, showing account identity and the Theme, Language, settings-link and Logout controls. Follow personal preferences for persistence and account-language behavior. Language is selected in that drawer, not through a separate header language switch.

Click the header search field, or press Cmd+K on macOS / Ctrl+K elsewhere while focus is outside another input or text area. Type an application search term and wait for results to refresh. Application results are limited by the server's access filter; select the intended team first. This is application navigation, not a full-text search across conversation logs or every configuration field.

Use the arrow keys to highlight a result, Enter to select it, or Escape to close the result list. Selecting an application opens its app page and clears the search text. Use the Apps list and its filters when the quick results do not identify the application you need; an empty or incomplete quick-result list is not proof that the application was deleted.

The interface can render an Agents result group, but this release's agent-search hook uses the application query and then filters for agent-style application links. Do not rely on global search as a complete node/agent catalogue. Open the owning application's Flow Designer to inspect its actual nodes.

Optional assistant: when the deployment supplies the assistant integration, an Ask AI result can appear. Selecting it with text sends that text to the assistant; the empty-query action opens the chat without sending a message. With no navigation result highlighted, Enter can send the entered query to the assistant. Highlight the application result explicitly when you intend to navigate, and keep credentials and private conversation content out of assistant queries. If the assistant entry is absent, ordinary application search remains the navigation path.

Coverage during migration

This directory makes the existing screen references discoverable. It is not yet a complete control-by-control reference. Screens, dialogs and actions are being checked against the product; links marked existing guide retain their published documentation until that review is complete.
