Delphi v0.9.17-patch2 reduced unnecessary work in the SIP edge's periodic reconciliation, added exact searches for structured flow and TOBi conversation IDs, corrected trunk health probe replies and result storage, and closed remaining audit-display and telemetry-redaction gaps. It also improved targeted AI flow edits, tool-code validation, realtime transcript timing and call transitions, and made error alarm attributes as searchable as informational events. These follow-up fixes were not included in patch1.

TelPro media advertisement is clearer for LB/NAT hosts, Azure STT turn races are quieter under load, and RTPEngine final-stat spans expose per-endpoint counters.

Delphi v0.9.15-patch3 raises the custom SIP header budget for managed hangup/transfer actions to the VoiceAI Connect 12,000-character limit, and ensures bot-triggered hangup still tears the call down when BYE headers exceed the budget.

This release introduces the AI Flow Builder as the new authoring surface for voice flows, ships the shared @delphi/flow-engine and @delphi/features packages, upgrades the voice stack to Asterisk 22.9.0, broadens AI provider support (notably TOBi), and lays the groundwork for managed billing with Stripe checkout, activation, and subscription guards.
