Alerts surface scheduled plan changes and "cancel at period end" status.

For contract-managed teams, the overview also shows the active custom-deal terms: display name, commitment period, included usage, overage pricing, channel access, and notification thresholds. During an active commitment window, self-service downgrade and cancellation actions can be restricted by the platform contract.

Current usage

Month-to-date progress for Call Minutes, LLM Tokens, SMS Messages. Each shows Used / Limit / Overage / Overage cost. Alerts trigger at configured thresholds.

Usage history

12-month charts for call minutes and LLM tokens.

Generated custom-deal plans are normally hidden from the public plan catalogue. If your team is on a custom deal, the standard plan cards may still be visible for comparison or for returning to a self-service plan, but contract-managed terms continue to apply until the platform admin changes the subscription state.

Manage subscription

Actions:

  • Billing interval toggle — MONTHLY ↔ YEARLY.
  • Upgrade / Downgrade — switch tier.
  • Cancel — takes effect at period end.
  • Reactivate — restore a cancelled subscription before period end.
  • Resubscribe — start a checkout flow again after a subscription has paused or ended.

Plan changes are confirmed via a dialog. Commitment periods (e.g. 6 or 12 months chosen at registration) can constrain downgrades. Custom deals can also block downgrade or cancellation during the committed term. Plan-based limits and custom-deal channel entitlements are enforced by the platform; if a team reaches a limit or does not have TEL, WebRTC, or API/SDK access in its active deal, the relevant action is blocked until the plan changes or a platform admin updates the deal.
